For the buying of wholesale flowers, the best prices seem to be on Wedding Flowers of America
and Costco.


Ultimately, we are looking to make the centerpieces and the bridal bouquets as round "puff ball" style arrangements with blue accents.

hydrangeas already grow in puff ball form

The white puffball base can be constructed from white carnations, white roses, or white hydrangea, whichever we can find the best price for.

but you can get a similar effect with enough carnations

or roses, if you can get a good price on them

For the blue accents, delphinium are dependable, but I saw anemones available in blue on the WFA site that I think could be gorgeous. They didn't have a color swatch available on the site, but I imagine they would look something like this

Then, for the bridesmaids flowers, we grab some white football mums, or peonies.
